Off with Her Roof.

18 May

Today I bring a heap of inspiration to those of you who dream of attic living. That’s how I started this post two days ago before all the links and credits I’d been tracking down across the World Wide Web were not saved but sacrificed to cyberspace. That’s what happens when I blog after midnight.

So, today I bring what I intended to bring two todays ago—a heap of attic inspiration.

Last week I met with Amy and Matt, who want to revamp their upstairs attic converting it into a master suite. I climbed into the attic with them and snapped this picture. It’s just what you’d expect an attic to be: rafters and more rafters and loads of potential—as long as they’re willing to take off the roof.

In the meantime I’ve been looking at attics. These are a few of my favorites.

Have a lovely day.
